I ordered the Country Fried Steak with brown gravy and mashed potatoes, and it was simply amazing. This was hands down one of the best, if not the best, country fried steaks I've ever had. The steak was perfectly cooked--crispy on the outside, tender on the inside--and smothered in rich, flavorful brown gravy. The mashed potatoes were creamy and the perfect complement to the steak. The cafe itself is a charming little diner with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly attentive and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my meal. It's clear they take pride in providing excellent service, and it made my dining experience all the more enjoyable. The only downside is that they close early at 1 pm and stop taking orders by 12:30 pm, so make sure to get there early to enjoy their delicious food. Also, the drinking cups are on the smaller side, which means needing frequent refills. But honestly, these minor inconveniences are easily overshadowed by the quality of the food and the warmth of the staff. If you're ever in Kenosha and looking for a great meal in a cozy setting, I highly recommend stopping by Danny's Cafe. You won't be disappointed!

Awesome place for breakfast. We've never been disappointed in the quality of the food. The atmosphere is great and the staff works hard. I love the Eggs Benedict! The pancakes are my kids favorite. Overall just good food. This is an institution in Kenosha for breakfast. I highly recommend this place.

The food is always consistently good here. Pete runs a good ship and the wait staff is fast and accommodating. I love the funny signs all over the store too. One of my go-tos for sure!

Danny's is a quaint little cafe that has great breakfast. The people working there are so nice and accommodating. The food is your typical breakfast menu but it very flavorful. Prices are alittle above average but well worth it.
